Dubinsky.pro has repeatedly reported that Aivaras Abromavichus left the post of head of the state concern "Ukroboronprom" for a reason. And also that the actual management of the structure remained in the hands of his people. One of them is Mustafa Nayem. Now Abromavichus has been appointed as the state representative on the Oschadbank's supervisory board. A scandal will probably happen sooner or later because of his interference.

However, what is happening in the Ukrainian defense complex is still shocking specialists. The industry will not be able to recover soon from the destructive actions of Abromavicius. It is not just in an abandoned state but in ruins.

Let’s remember the story of the formation of the supervisory board at Antonov State Enterprise, with the aim of raider seizure of the enterprise. It is just one link in a chain of destructive steps.

It turns out that the state concern "Ukroboronprom" took over the production and administrative premises of dozens of defense plants that make up its structure. And there is direct evidence of it because all records are in state registers, which show a large-scale re-registration of property rights.

It is just about rewriting the production premises of "Antonov". And also a dozen other defense enterprises across the country:

• "Kharkiv Design Bureau for Mechanical Engineering named after Morozov ";

• Zarya-Mashproekt;

• "Plant named after Malyshev ";

• "Zhytomyr Armored Plant";

• "Lviv Aviation Plant", etc.

It turns out that a separate legal entity with its own charter and budget - Ukroboronprom - alienates the property of other legal entities.

At the beginning of 2019, the state concern owned only 1.5 floors of a building in Kyiv on Degtyarevskaya Street 36 - its office. Even today, more than 200 complex objects are registered on it, the total cost of which exceeds UAH 1 billion. It is only the estimated price of the land plots on which the buildings are located. [The price of buildings is not included.]

That is why Abromavichus needed the liquidation of Ukroboronprom, as well as the creation of several industrial enterprises as it is the easier way to split up the assets.

For example, the Ukroboronprom Group of Companies owns over 630 thousand sq. m. of premises in which armored vehicles are assembled, modernized, and repaired by the forces of the " Kharkiv Design Bureau for Mechanical Engineering named after Morozov "and "Plant named after Malyshev ". State registration of ownership of this object is quite recent.

Namely: 32000 sq.m construction M / 3-4 registered for Ukroboronprom on March 19, 2020. And the property right was registered only on July 29, 2020.

Moreover, despite the bankruptcy “Plant named after Malyshev” completed a procurement procedure for real estate appraisal on July 21, in which it was indicated that this building is in its ownership.

Also, the Antonov plant was left without its premises. Indeed, on January 15, 2020, Ukroboronprom registered the ownership of its buildings 23, 24, and 73. These are the very workshops and building slipways where not only the production premises of the plant are located, but also the aircraft are stored.

Another "gift" for Ukroboronprom was:

• real estate of the Zhytomyr Armored Plant;

• premises of "Zari-Mashproekt";

• "Lviv Aviation Plant",

• enterprises in Shostka, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, Izium, and other cities.

Some media want to believe that it is only a technical failure in the system of state registers. However, something quite different happened - a secret transfer of assets of defense enterprises/plants to Ukroboronprom. It is the largest hostile takeover of assets in the entire history of Ukraine, as it is a large part of the entire military-industrial complex of the country.

All these facts are hushed up and even hidden. Nobody wants to be held responsible for that. Therefore, Aivaras Abromavichus hastily left the state concern in order not to be held responsible for what happened.

According to media reports, absolutely empty factories, without premises and production facilities, will be exhibited for corporatization. Thus, their real value will be close to zero.

Immediate intervention of law enforcement agencies is required and the suppression of outright stealing of the country's defense complex.
