The No.1 Private Jet of Petro Poroshenko

You’re about to know why Petro Poroshenko is ashamed of his private jet and how he arranged air trips for Mykola Azarov and Serhiy Lyovochkin on board.

Dear friends, I’ll continue telling you the story about the company of Petro Poroshenko called JB Park that is controlled by our Mr. President through his childhood friend and ROSHEN Director General by name Serhiy Zaytsev.

As you already know having read my previous publications, JB Park is an Austrian company that is doing business with the Russian oil refinery in Novoshahtynsk and the Russian plant KAMAZ that fall under sanctions.

I’m about to tell you the story covering the private jet of Petro Poroshenko that’s been owned by JB Park, the company you’re already familiar with, since 2011. This jet was used not only by the Guarantor. Former Head of Yanukovych’s Presidential Administration Serhiy Lyovochkin and Former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov took flights with it as well.

In 2015 there was posted certain information on the website ‘The Fourth Power’ regarding the company Intraco Management LTD that was supposed to cover fees for charter flights of Petro Poroshenko and residence fees of Ihor Kononenko’s daughter Darya in Switzerland.

A jet with a tail number OE-GBY is mentioned in the invoices on Petro Poroshenko’s flights.

After one year in the end of 2016 my colleague Dmytro Gnap published the rest of the whole story. He disclosed facts proving that Petro Poroshenko had a whole aviation business that consisted in the company called Business Airlines. Being located at 29a Elektrykiv Street, Kyiv the company was selling charter flights in Ukraine for tens of thousands EURO to the officials of Yanukovych’s regime. And sales didn’t stop even during the Maidan firing squad.

Those sales were carried out on a charge-back basis through not very clear schemes and offshore companies. This information can be found in the investigation itself.

The already known tail number OE-GBY appears in this investigation.

In the time of Yanukovych’s presidency a jet with this tail number was actively used by Head of Yanukovych’s Presidential Administration Serhiy Lyovochkin and Prime Minister Mykola Azarov

Moreover, in the day of the Maidan firing squad on February 20, 2014 an unknown passenger took that very plane to Barcelona.

All of the payments for flights ordered per Business Airlines were received by Intraco Management LTD located on Cyprus. You are already familiar with this name. Intraco Management LTD paid fees for the flights of Petro Poroshenko and for residence of Ihor Kononenko’s daughter at hotels in Switzerland as well.

And here we go with the most captivating part of the story.

I’ve got supporting documents to prove that the jet with the tail number OE-GBY used by Mr. Lyovochkin, Mr. Azarov and Mr. Poroshenko is a private property of Petro Poroshenko through the company JB Park the nominal owner of which is Serhiy Zaytsev.

Everyone, meet this beautiful Cessna Sovereign with the tail number OE-GBY.

JB Park is the owner of this jet. The company bought it for 14,026,028.00 USD in 2011.

But you shouldn’t look for this jet in the declaration of our President since the factual beneficiary owner of JB Park is Petro Poroshenko’s classmate and closest partner Serhiy Zaytsev.

And ironically, the owner of Cypriot Intraco Management LTD that is gathering the whole return from charter sales is Serhiy Zaytsev too.

Having such a luxurious jet, Petro Poroshenko habitually feels uncomfortable to tell about it openly and keeps on hiding it in offshore companies of Cyprus behind the backs of his friends just like he does with his Russian business.

When it comes to operation of Intraco Management LTD and JB Park, Serhiy Zaytsev is nothing but a figure-head there. Serhiy was considered unfit for politics so that they could use him as a scapegoat for dealing with all of the dirty business schemes of Petro Poroshenko and Co.

Petro Poroshenko and Ihor Kononenko are principal supervisors of Intraco Management LTD and JB Park and the companies serve the interests of these two individuals creating an intricate scheme for minimization of taxes, giving out fraudulent loans and possibly laundering of the funds obtained by illicit means.

To prove the aforesaid I provide you with a letter belonging to Poroshenko’s lawyers. The letter concerned liquidation of JB Park after the company had showed up in the media. It was also said about loans given out to Ihor Kononenko’s firms and debts to Intraco Management to be paid.

And the yacht that was mentioned in the letter and covered by JB Park is up to become a subject of my next investigation since its owner is our dear President too.

I have sent a request to the Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise asking to provide the information regarding the route of the jet Cessna Sovereign with the tail number OE-GBY within the period from 2014 to 2018. I will definitely let you know about the places the real number one jet of Petro Poroshenko landed at and the individuals it served.
