Victor Lyashko has expressed a desire to become the mayor of Kyiv. Lyashko was unknown to the medical community and the general public before this year. However, he was appointed as the chief sanitary and epidemiological doctor of Ukraine in February 2020. He is the person from the team of the pseudo-reformer of Ukrainian medicine - Ulyana Suprun.

After his appointment to the post of the chief medical officer, Prime Minister Aleksey Goncharuk declared: “Our main task is to prevent the entry of a new coronavirus into Ukraine. Otherwise, if it is discovered here, the main priority is to localize it. In order to strengthen the system, which should prevent such a disease from entering Ukraine, Viktor Lyashko was appointed as the country's chief sanitary and epidemiological doctor. ”

Although Lyashko understood his mission quite differently - the priority was not the fight against infection, but mere intimidation of the people. He did it openly and, as it has become clear with time, completely unprofessionally.

“When we closed parks at first, we sprayed roads – all of this was a form of psychological influence but not an epidemiological solution. Closure of parks results in people feeling that they are not safe. The population was more prepared for quarantine psychologically. It was a sensation of anxiety indeed,” the head physician says.

In contrast, if something like this happened in the United States, people would document outright persecution and sue billions of dollars from the state. But in Ukraine citizens gave up on everything and began to massively remove medical masks. It is enough to walk the streets of Kyiv to witness this. People reasoned it simply: if we were lied to about the parks, then how do we know everything else they say is true? As a result of actions and public statements by Viktor Lyashko we have people who are disappointed and no longer trust the Health care system of the country.

However, Lyashko’s statements do not only have a psychological rationale, which can provoke an increase in the incidence rate in the country, but also the financial one. Indeed, a lot of state funds, which were supposed to go to hospitals, salaries of doctors, were wasted to deceive the public. Millions of hryvnias were spent on the campaign of intimidation - spraying roads, fencing parks, etc. At first scrutiny it seems that all this is inexpensive, but if we add up the total costs, especially on a national scale, the amount will be impressive. This money would definitely help at a time when hospitals did not have enough personal protective equipment, and doctors were left without any financial support.

It is obvious that those in power do not understand any of it. They decided to endorse the chief doctor-deceiver, who does not think what he says in the media, for the mayor of Kyiv. It was probably decided that he became familiar enough on television screens, became a recognizable personality and his activity can be assessed as positive, which is clearly far from the case.

By the way, the person applying for the first position in the capital of Ukraine is not even a Kyiv resident. He never lived in this city as he resides in Brovary. Although this is only an unimportant fact in his biography. The point is not even Viktor Lyashko’s personality but his complete incompetence and inability to fight the epidemic. Gratuitous asphalt spraying is not enough for this.

Another interesting nuance is Lyashko’s income structure. It becomes clear while analyzing it that this person does not know how to work for the result in one project and achieve goals. Such personnel officers are called "butterflies" and "jumpers." They leave the employment history book in an unprofitable place in order to maintain some status, and the lion's share of income is received from various projects. Such people are ready to take any part-time job in order to secure their income, singing along to the tone of any employer.

According to the declaration of Viktor Lyashko for 2019, he received most of his income not in the main place of work, but the form of fees. Payments from various public organizations, amass to more than UAH 1 million. And there are plenty of employers:

• PO "Nasha dopomoha";

• “Center for Public Health”,

• LLC UVI-BLEYZ,

• charitable organization "TV People of Ukraine",

At his main place of work - “Center for Public Health” of the Ministry of Health Protection of Ukraine, he earned only UAH 51 thousand.

Viktor Lyashko is also the beneficiary of two public organizations:

• “Infection Control in Ukraine”;

• “Health Platform”.

The news that he wants to become mayor of Kyiv is actively being dispersed by the "New Time" media, which is connected to Soros. "New time" is in the orbit of the Dragon Capital investment company (owned by Czech citizen Tomas Fiala). Everyone knows that “New Time” is a custom-made cheap media that occupies itself with product placement disguised as news. Now it is ready to publish everything in order to endorse the loser doctor Lyashko for the mayor of Kyiv.
