Dmitry Tarabakin, a member of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, who is one of the key Soros henchmen in the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, received a large sum in the amount of UAH 2.4 million as part of the repayment of domestic government bonds at the end of July 2020. He stated this in the declaration of a change in property status.
Tarabakin specified that the payment concerns a package of 84 government bonds, worth UAH 27.7 thousand each. Most likely it concerns currency securities.
It must be noted that this is not the only income from government bonds for a person working in an organization that regulates the work of the securities market. He received UAH 2.8 million from the repayment of 100 OVDPs in June. It also seems to be in the form of foreign currency.
Additionally, Tarabakin became the recipient of payment for UAH 2.8 million on 104 government bonds in May. He appears to be deeply rooted in this business.
The conflict of interests is obvious, and only the National Commission of the Securities and Stock Market prefers not to notice it: after all, government bonds are bought through brokers whose activities are controlled by the Tarabakin’s National Commission. One can only guess how the stock investors play along with their controllers in the market. Perhaps someday this information, as well as the facts of corruption, will be revealed. Assuming there is a full-scale and professional investigation of the affairs of the National Commission.
By the way, security papers are not the only asset of Dmitry Tarabakin. He has even more real estate of all kinds than OVDPs. His 2019 declaration lists nine objects:
1. 70.70 sq.m. apartment in Kyiv since 2001 for UAH 250 thousand;

8. 15 sq.m. parking place in Kyiv, without the price indication;

The family of Dmitry Tarabakin received an income of 1.4 million UAH in 2019, the spouse of a member of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission earned the most:
