Dubinskyi filed an appeal demanding that the SBI open a criminal case against the head of the State Tax Service Lyubchenko

People's Deputy Aleksandr Dubinskyi requested the opening of a criminal case against the chairman of the State Tax Service Alexei Lyubchenko under four articles of the Criminal Code:

• Art. 191 - misappropriation, embezzlement of property, or taking possession of it through abuse of office. Implies responsibility in the form of imprisonment for a term of 5 to 12 years, depending on the severity;

• Article 209 - legalization (laundering) of income from crime. Implies responsibility in the form of imprisonment for a term of 3 to 8 years with the confiscation of property;

• Art. 212 - evasion of taxes, fees (mandatory payments). Punished with fines from 3 thousand to 25 thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens and confiscation of property;

• Art. 364 - abuse of power or official position. It implies responsibility in the form of imprisonment for a term of 6 months to 6 years, depending on the severity.

Dubinskyi submitted an appeal to the acting director of the State Bureau of Investigation Alexei Sukhachov, in which he listed the primary offenses of Lyubchenko. Dubinsky.pro had reported on this earlier:

1. Covering of crimes related to VAT schemes and tax evasion, the volume of which is growing every month.

2. Lyubchenko’s involvement in the theft of funds allocated for the repair of the administrative building of the central office of the State Tax Service for UAH 54.7 million.

3. Failure to declare Toyota Land Cruiser, which he uses, despite the conflict of interests: the car belongs to the company (PJSC Ukragrokhimholding) - the taxpayer.

4. Covering violation of tax legislation by Tedis Ukraine. There may be a case of collusion and complicity in a crime.

These facts alone are enough to open several pre-trial investigations, and after collecting all the evidence - to bring Lyubchenko to justice. However, in the course of a more detailed investigation, it is possible to get even more information about the activities of the head of the STS office.

Therefore, Deputy Dubinskyi demanded that the State Bureau of Investigations open a case in the next 24 hours and make the appropriate changes to the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations.
